Each class aims to develop flexibility, increase strength, connect with the breath and focus the mind. Every posture brings benefits to the physical and mental body in order to alleviate suffering. You will activate and massage your muscles, nerves and internal organs and learn to control your thoughts and clear your mind.

About me

I did my first yoga class using a Barbara Currie DVD in 2006! After attending my first yoga retreat in Bali my passion to teach yoga was ignited. In August 2019 I completed the 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Kathmandu, Nepal. I am now based in Casablanca, Morocco sharing my practice with likeminded people.

What can I expect from these classes?

A chance to try different styles of yoga with a variety of different postures. Teaching points and progression opportunities with a focus on breathing and connecting with oneself. 

You will need to have your own mat, a clear, well ventilated space min 2m squared with an overhead clearance of 2m, free from hazards. 

Please always inform your instructor of any pre-existing health conditions, recent operations or injuries or if you are pregnant or have recently given birth and always speak to your Doctor/GP before you start an exercise programme.

These classes will help you to benefit from the traditional Nepalese teachings of experienced yogis, guaranteed to cleanse your mind, body and soul.

Every class gives you the opportunity to discover postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), relaxation and meditation techniques to take beyond the mat into your daily life.

Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach so avoid eating a heavy meal 3-4 hours prior to class and wear loose, comfortable clothing, listen to your own body and enjoy the journey.
